• For repairs, our "no fix, no fee" policy applies (see note 2)

Notes
1. Our “Home Visit” charge includes a call out charge and up to 1.5 hours labour on site. The £45 fee applies only in the RG5 & RG6 post code areas. Higher charges apply to other post code areas such as £60 the RG8 area.
2. Labour rates free but a call out charge of £25 may apply in some circumstances.
